Wedding Cake

Looking for a great challenge. It's not too late to get started. Just click HERE.

I'm so excited to share my Wedding Cake card with you.

This card was created just for The Fantabulous Cricut Challenge. (#181) The photo doesn't do this card justice. Let me tell you a little about it.

The paper on cake is from Basicgrey. The cardstock is actually meant to be sanded, and it reveals a hint of color underneath. That's why the cake in the card has hints of pink. Next, I cut out the cake in two different sizes from Cricut Birthday Bash. I layered the smaller cake on top with two layers of pop dots. I wanted to mimic tiers of an actual wedding cake with more dimension. Finally, I added a cake topper. That also made the cake mimic an actual wedding cake. This was such a wonderful challenge. Thank you to the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog.
