Meet the DT

Hi there, crafters. ScrapbookerPhD has some new Design Team faces working hard behind the scenes. Faith Wallace founded ScrapbookerPhD under the mentorship of Shawn Mosch from MyCutSearch.com. They never expected the amazing response they received so quickly! The blog has seen changes such as a Facebook pagethe addition of tutorial videos, and some wonderful new Design Team Members.

Welcome to Kelly:

I am Kelly 26 years old (quickly approaching 27) and from England, I am married to my lovely supportive husband Alan and we will be celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary this year. I started cardmaking in 2006 just after purchasing my first house, for something little to do on a night, I certainly didn’t realise it was going to take over like it has. I started scrapbooking in 2009 and my first album was my wedding scrapbook. I love using all different kinds of techniques, but my favourite style I like to make is “cute” with soft pastel colours. I am so pleased Faith has invited me to join her Design Team and I look forward to seeing you in our future challenges.

Welcome to Randi:

My name is Randi.  I'm 32 and I work in IT for my local Township.  I love computers but my real passion is crafting.  I've been scrapbooking and card making since 2009. Recently I've gotten into mixed media and altered canvas art. I love trying new techniques and my crafting stash is at hoarding levels.  Viewing other people's work really inspires me. My first Design Team opportunity is coming from Faith at ScrapbookerPhD.blogspot.com http://ScrapbookerPhD.blogspot.com.  I'm super happy about that and I can't wait to see everyone's design for our challenges.

Welcome to Cathy:

Rubber stamping and card making are a passion of mine, and I love sharing that with others. Vintage and distress are both favorites but I do all types of paper crafting. I am married to George who has been making me laugh for thirty years and we have two great kids - 24 and 21. Paper crafting has been my "job" for over 15 years, and I still love it. I'm an active blogger on both StampsAndScrapbooks.com and my membership site, Stamp Academy.com. I enjoy connecting with crafters from all over the world and sharing and learning from each other.

Welcome to Julie:

My name is Julie and I absolutely adore paper crafts.  I am lucky enough to be a WAHM of two sons. My oldest is attending college and my youngest will be graduating from High School soon.  I am not worried about the Empty Nest Syndrome.  I am rather looking forward to developing and pursuing some new interests of my own. My husband is a great supporter of my crafting and has even asked me to make things for his work. We live on a farm in the Midwest.  I have been crafting most of my life.  I started counted cross stitch when I was in middle school and have dabbled in all kinds of crafts from flower arranging, scrapbooking to painting.  I have been making my own greeting cards for over 25 years.   It is so much fun to pick out papers, ribbons, sentiments and embellishments to make a card for someone special.  I enjoy using various techniques and products on my cards such as stamps, digital images, paper piecing, embossing and die cuts made using my Cricut.  I find inspiration almost everywhere and have been known to grab a piece of scratch paper to jot down ideas when I see colors that are appealing, patterns on clothing that intrigue me or find a quote that would make a great sentiment for a cardI look forward to crafting with youJulie T Blog: http://juliescraftyspot.blogspot.com
