A is for Apple

Do you set craft goals for yourself?

I do.

Right now, my goal is to make the daily challenge for one week over at 365 Cards Challenge. I started Sunday night with my Monkey Around card. Monday night, I created C is for Cinco.

Tonight's challenge is the letter A.
My inspiration was A is for Apple.

MyCricutSearch.com gave me an Aha! moment when I realized that the Apple on Kate's ABCs was absolutely perfect... for an 8x8 layout. Good thing 365 Cards Challenge accepts other paper crafts (remember to read challenge rules).

The apple scene reminds me of a time when I was a little girl sitting on the porch reading and eating an apple. I used to have a black and white photo that would be perfect for this page, but I haven't found it in ages. For some reason, I felt like a black and white photo would be perfect, so I added more brightness and glitter with the dragonflies and the butterfly.

Do I have the perfect photo? Nope!

But I'm hoping someone does.

Want this layout? First, follow the blog. Then, add a comment and tell me why you want it.
I'll select a random prize winner next Wednesday, and send you the layout to use.

Other Challenges:
Party Time Tuesday's: Anything Goes.
Die Cuttin Divas: Use a die cut.
Crafty Girls Challenges: Anything Goes.
